With the New Model Conference Brand we aim to add consistency each time you or your clients use the hotel.
The Greeting: each conference organiser will be met on arrival, shown to their room and the Conference Assistant will go through the day's arrangements. We understand that even on the actual day timings or lunch arrangements may change.
The Room: All of our purpose built conference rooms will be set to the New Model standard with hard wooden top tables, name cards, paper and pens, table clocks, mineral water and sweets, telephones and required equipment. All rooms have natural daylight, air-conditioning, blackout facilities and controlled lighting.
The Breakout: Not only do we offer the usual Tea/Coffee and biscuits but also a hamper full of muffins, cakes, and speciality fruit teas. We can also provide a fruit bowl on request .
The Lunch: With various options available we are flexible to our clients requirements, whether it be a two course buffet lunch in the Restaurant or a working buffet lunch in or adjacent to the meeting room.
The Staff: From your initial enquiry through to the end of your conference/meeting, you will be looked after by our expert staff. They will even ask you how you would like your messages delivered. It is also our guarantee that you will be called three days after your event for any feedback you may have.
The hotel is easily accessible, 15 minutes from the M1 motorway junction 20, and 15 minutes from junction 2 of the excellent A14. There is also a 1 hour direct rail link from Market Harborough through to London St Pancras.
