There are several ways to dine at the hotel and we are proud to have one of the finest restaurants in the Midlands, with excellent food and service.
The Swans Restaurant:
Dining in our Restaurant is an experience. It is fully air conditioned and there is a certain ambience which takes you away from the day-to-day stresses, and into a traditional era that most people thought was lost. With the dimmed lights, candles and sumptuous decor you will experience traditional style service which will leave you wanting for nothing and the food is heartily satisfying to the point that you won't want it to end. Best of all you can feel relaxed, as you don't need to rush to finish or leave. To finish, you can even enjoy a coffee on one of our sofas in the Cocktail Bar.
Private Dining Rooms:
We have a selection of three private dining rooms to seat from 10 to 50 guests. These room are ideal for special occasions such as wedding anniversaries, birthdays or reunions. Each room has a character of its own with feature fireplaces and wooden beams, and all are closely situated to the main hotel restaurant.
The Swan's Nest Conservatory:
A favourite with the local townspeople in Market Harborough, the Conservatory has a friendly, informal atmosphere with an excellent choice of menu, and you can also eat alfresco during the summer months in the courtyard. This is mainly open during the lunchtime period but is also a great venue for private parties in the evenings, such as private Christmas parties.
The Bistro
The Hotels Conservatory has been completely redesigned to create an entirely new approach and atmosphere for the Bistro. Cream and black gingham tableclothes, striking uniforms and dramatic table decorations reflect the radical new menu. Its open Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays Evenings from 5:30pm.
Fothergills Bar and Lounge:
Lively and informal, Fothergills Bar and Lounge offers the same menu as the Conservatory, and also offers a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and draught beers.
Cromwell Suite:
For larger parties, the self contained Cromwell Suite can seat up to 180 dinners. The Suite is fully air conditioned and has an adjacent Bar and Lounge area.
